Return Policy: Only if defective: shipping and handling charges will NOT be credited to the customer and a 20% restocking fee will be applied and adjusted on the credited return. Any and all modification to this policy MUST be agreed upon by management in writing prior to issuing the credit. No equipment returns. Mfg warranty only.

Shipping Policy: You have the option of picking from the following shipping methods: Ground, UPS Ground Commercial, UPS Ground Residential, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, 2nd Day Air AM, 3 Day Select, 3 Day Select Commercial, 3 Day Select Residential. Note that UPS does NOT ship to APO, FPO addresses, or PO Boxes. Other shipping methods are available. However, this may cause an adjustment in the shipping cost.

Larger Items need to be shipped via freight. The shipping charges for these items will not be automatically calculated. Please call us at 631-422-6200 for your delivery options or to get a Freight Quote.

To receive orders within a specified amount of business days you must place the order before 3PM est. All orders placed after 3PM est will be processed and shipped the following business day. We do not make shipments on Holidays or Weekends. If orders are placed after 3PM est on Friday the earliest delivery possible would be Tuesday Morning.

Please note: allow 7-10 Days for Delivery for Canon Specialty Media.

Shipping and Tax may have to be added in accordance with the laws of the state where the item is being shipped. If this is the case, we will contact you before processing the order. A $5.00 handling charge will be added to all purchases under $50.00.

Specialty Media / Paper: Special Order please allow 7-10 Days for Delivery. Also, please double check your order, submitting your order is Final!  Due to the high cost of shipping media ordered and the special use of the media Loyal cannot credit back any order.  Orders damaged in shipping are the responsibility of the shipping company.
