Integrated Document
Capture Features
imageWARE Document Manager Gateway, an application server that is included
with the imageWARE Document Manager, enables images to be captured in
real-time from multifunction networked office systems. Compatible devices
include Canon's imageRUNNERTM devices, like the iR3250, and the
imageRUNNER 3300i and 5000i, as well as the imageRUNNER 7200, 8500, 105, and
2010F with appropriate accessories. Images can be automatically indexed once
they are captured using the Gateway Indexing System. Ultimately, the images
are stored in the Document Manager database, ensuring that information is
always up-to-date.
Tight integration with the imageRUNNER Mailboxes is designed to support
enterprise continuity across hardware and software. Documents can be
imported into the Document Manager either manually or automatically for
improved workflow that seamlessly converts Mailbox documents to digital
database content. This allows customers to increase the value in using
office equipment technology for day-to-day document management and
distribution.
Integrated
Document Distribution Features
Email, fax, and print from the imageWARE Document Manager interface using
simple drag and drop. MAPI, including Microsoft Outlook and Exchange, and
Lotus Notes mail servers can be used. User can share documents instantly. If
documents are distributed within a Document Manager binder, even the binder
indexes can be distributed and retained!
